The Herbst with RPE offers a secure fit that stays in place once inserted. The Herbst tubes may initially feel firm and restrict side-to-side movement, but most users adapt quickly. Speaking will be affected at first, particularly for “r” and “sh” sounds, but improves with consistent wear.

    The appliance features bilateral telescopic arms (Herbst hinges) that connect the upper and lower jaw components. These stainless steel attachments allow controlled forward positioning of the lower jaw and a natural, guided bite closure.

    Centrally located on the upper arch is a precision expansion screw (Rapid Palatal Expander), allowing lateral adjustment of the upper jaw.

2. Take Your Impressions at Home

If you don’t already have recent dental impressions, we’ll send you an easy-to-use Impression Kit, which includes:

  • 2 impression trays (sizes M and L)
  • Professional-grade VPS impression material
  • Step-by-step instructions

3. Send Your Impressions to Us

After taking your impressions, send them to one of our return addresses – located in the USA, UK, or EU. We’ll guide you based on your location.

4. We Create Your Custom Product

Once we receive your impressions, our experienced dental technicians start crafting your order. Most products are ready within 10-20 business days of receiving your impressions.

5. Delivered to Your Door

We ship your finished product straight to your home. Worldwide shipping is available and tracking is always included.

All of our products are custom-made based on your dental impressions to ensure a perfect fit. Without impressions, your appliance wouldn’t fit.

If you don’t already have recent dental impressions (either from your dentist or a past order with us), you’ll need to order our Impression Kit. It’s easy to use at home and includes everything you need.

We carefully review every impression before production. If your impressions are not usable, we’ll contact you directly. You can then retake your impressions. If you’ve run out of impression material, we offer a discounted replacement kit.

Production takes 10-15 business days after we receive your impressions. Shipping time depends on your region and the shipping method you select at checkout.

If your custom device doesn’t fit as expected, contact us right away. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue – including free adjustments or a remake if necessary.

Yes! We store your dental models securely for about 1-2 years. As long as your teeth haven’t changed, you can easily reorder without taking new impressions.

After you’ve taken your impressions, please email us a few clear photos of them. Our team will review the photos to make sure the impressions are suitable. Once approved, we’ll send you the appropriate return instructions and the address of our nearest return location (in the USA, UK, or EU).

If you live in the USA or the EU, there are no import duties, as your order is shipped from within your region. Customers in other countries may be subject to local customs fees.

If you’re looking for a dental device for medical/treatment purposes, you must consult with a licensed orthodontist. As a dental laboratory, we cannot offer diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

    Mir wurde empfohlen einen der beiden Abdrücke zu wiederholen, da er leicht verutscht war.
    Danke für die Sorgfalt!
    Die gelieferte Apperatur passt perfekt und entspricht voll meinen Erwartungen.
    Ich aktiviere die obere Dehnschraube leicht um einen guten Halt zu erzielen.
    Ich sehe jetzt, dass es nun auch die Option für einen Expander im Unterkiefer gibt.
    Würde ich empfehlen, da die Apparatur dann auch unten festsitzt.
