Is it hard to take my own impressions?
No – our kit includes step-by-step instructions (and a video guide) to walk you through the process. Most people find it easy and only need one try, but we include extra material just in case.
What if my appliance doesn’t fit properly?
We offer a Fit Guarantee. Your appliance is custom-made to fit the impression you provide perfectly. If the appliance fits the impression but doesn’t fit your actual teeth, you can send us a new impression for an adjustment. Learn more about it here.
How long does the whole process take?
From the time we receive your impressions in usable condition, your custom appliance is typically ready within 10-20 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, see Shipping & Returns.
What happens if I mess up my impression?
No worries – if your impression isn’t usable, we’ll notify you and offer a discounted re-do kit if needed. We’ll also guide you through how to get it right the second time.
Can I reorder without new impressions?
Yes! Once we have your impressions on file, reordering is easy – no need to take them again unless your teeth have changed.
