First Step

Choose an Impression Tray

Your impression kit contains two trays of different sizes. First select the tray that fits best and make sure your teeth don’t touch the borders of the tray.

Then mix the blue and white putties thoroughly as described in the instructions.

Second Step

Take Your Impression

Fill the mixed impression putty into the tray and bite as deep as possible into the putty.

Do not move the impression tray while the putty is setting and wait approx. 3 minutes for the putty to set.

Third Step

Return Your Impressions

Wash your impression under warm water and take some photos of it to email to us.

We’ll check whether the impression can be used and give you all information for returning your impressions.

All of our products are custom-made based on your dental impressions to ensure a perfect fit. Without impressions, your appliance wouldn’t fit.

If you don’t already have recent dental impressions (either from your dentist or a past order with us), you’ll need to order our Impression Kit. It’s easy to use at home and includes everything you need.

We carefully review every impression before production. If your impressions are not usable, we’ll contact you directly. You can then retake your impressions. If you’ve run out of impression material, we offer a discounted replacement kit.

Production takes 10-15 business days after we receive your impressions. Shipping time depends on your region and the shipping method you select at checkout.

If your custom device doesn’t fit as expected, contact us right away. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue – including free adjustments or a remake if necessary.

Yes! We store your dental models securely for about 1-2 years. As long as your teeth haven’t changed, you can easily reorder without taking new impressions.

After you’ve taken your impressions, please email us a few clear photos of them. Our team will review the photos to make sure the impressions are suitable. Once approved, we’ll send you the appropriate return instructions and the address of our nearest return location (in the USA, UK, or EU).

If you live in the USA or the EU, there are no import duties, as your order is shipped from within your region. Customers in other countries may be subject to local customs fees.

If you’re looking for a dental device for medical/treatment purposes, you must consult with a licensed orthodontist. As a dental laboratory, we cannot offer diagnosis or treatment recommendations.
