Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Germany with DHL and Deutsche Post. -
USA & Rest of World (outside Europe):
Orders ship from our US fulfillment center with USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Return Locations by Region

Return your impressions to our UK return center. -
Germany:
Return your impressions to our lab in Germany. -
USA & Canada:
Return your impressions to our US return center.
The exact return address will be provided after you submit your impression photos for review.
Return Shipping Costs for Impressions
- USA: We provide a USPS return label for impressions with our impression kit.
- All Other Countries: Return shipping for impressions is the customer’s responsibility.
You may use any postal service or courier of your choice (e.g., your local postal service).
Production Time & Delivery
- Production starts after we receive your impressions in usable condition (physical or digital).
- The typical production time is approximately 10–20 business days.
- Delivery time depends on your location (see the shipping table above).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.
